Our process uses minimal resources and has a low environmental impact, making it a responsible alternative to traditional farming. Each trough operates off the equivalent of 2 light bulbs; no tractors or diesel required.
We grow our produce in two 24 x 100 high tunnels in Little Rock, AR. We supply local restaurants and farmers markets in Central Arkansas, and only in Central Arkansas to minimize our carbon footprint.
Our produce starts as 100% organic seed. We use no fertilizers and use only natural pest management methods. We believe in the importance of organic food and that it should be affordable and available to everyone.
